This live album is being released alongside Depeche Mode’s new film, Depeche Mode: M (available here). Filmed at the Mexico City shows, and conceived and directed by award-winning Mexican filmmaker Fernando Frías, Depeche Mode: M blends concert footage with interpretive interstitials and archival material, delving into the profound connection between music, mortality, and Mexican tradition. The Blu-ray and DVD releases of Depeche Mode: M also include the above Memento Mori: Mexico City live album, as well as an accompanying full-length concert film.
