Na de ongelofelijk welgeslaagde uitstapjes met de halfgod van de Ethiopische jazz Mulatu Astatke (Inspiration Information 3) en de oriëntaalse etno-musicoloog Lloyd Miller een opvolger voor Out There, een eclectisch debuut dat niet voor niets die titel droeg. Deze Engelse welhaast buitenaardse Krautfunkologen met duidelijke voorliefdes voor hip hop, jazz en electro hebben zich, ongetwijfeld met dank aan Astatke en Miller, op 13 Degrees Of Reality psychedelisch doorontwikkeld tot het astrale niveau waar Sun Ra nog immer de kosmos dirigeert.
