JERUSALEM QUARTET

Fuse is een zeskoppige strijkersformatie met een bijzondere samenstelling: 2 violen, altviool, cello, contrabas en percussie. In de afgelopen jaren heeft Fuse als huisband van Podium Witteman en bij optredens bij Radio 4, DWDD en door het hele land een grote bekendheid verworven. Met hun debuutalbum Studio legt Fuse voor het eerst vast wat hun de afgelopen jaren heeft bewogen. Muziek die lang of kort geleden werd geschreven en bewerkt die de leden van Fuse verwondert en vormt. Het album is het resultaat van experiment, avontuur en vriendschap waarbij nieuwsgierigheid de boventoon voert. Naast de muziek van Shostakovich en Bartok horen we muziek van Nils Frahm, André Previn, Dave Brubeck, Frank Zappa en Stuart Duncan.
