Wrath Of The Tyrant is de eerste demo van Emperor, die in 1992 door de band in eigen beheer op cassette werd uitgebracht. Het ruwe materiaal komt overduidelijk van een piepjonge en hongerige band die de jaren daarna tot wasdom komt en uitgroeit tot genrebepalende symfonische black metal band.
